At Home Tutorial Make-Up
This workout must be supervised by a parent/guardian for full credit. The goal is to complete this workout with as few breaks as possible. If moving at a decent pace, workout should be completed in just under 30 minutes.
Warm up: 30 seconds for each of the following-IN PLACE
jog in place/high knee skips/butt kickers/high knees/jump rope (fake)/Right leg hop/Left leg hop
5 wide hand push ups
5 narrow push ups
5 diamond push ups
10 Mountain Climbers (right & left=1)
10 Flutter kicks
10 toe touches
10 crunches
20 Air Squats
10 Alternate Lunges (Right/Left=1)
40 calf raises (20 with the right/20 with the left)
REPEAT 3 MORE TIMES (4 TOTAL). REPORT THE WORKOUT THROUGH EMAIL, AND HOW YOU FELT THE INTENSITY LEVEL WAS.
